SimplyPDF is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. Where they differ, Apple's agreement controls.
SimplyPDF is a one-time paid download from the App Store. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Apple handles all payments and refunds.
You own the photos, screenshots, and PDFs you create. They stay on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use any content you turn into a PDF and for how you share it.
Do not use SimplyPDF to break the law or to infringe other people's rights. Do not reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
SimplyPDF is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free. Keep your own copies of important documents. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
